Post Doctoral Scholar

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Doctoral Scholar in the field of economics, consumer sciences, or statistics to join their research team studying determinants and factors related to vaccine uptake.

Key Responsibilities:

• 75% of the work time on data construction, checking, cleaning, and verifying
• 10% of work time working with the PI to develop and estimate statistical models and tabulate results
• 10% of the time spent preparing manuscripts
• 5% of time devoted to team meetings, including weekly meetings via zoom

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in economics, consumer sciences, or statistics
• Proficiency in programming with STATA
• Experience working with complex panel data sets
• Evidence of independent scholarship
• Ability to participate in team meetings and collaborate with the research team
