Post Entry Specialist

Job Summary

Resolving regulatory errors for clients, the fully remote Post Entry Specialist will generate corrections to entries, collaborate with Service Coordinators, and communicate with Customs to ensure compliance and secure refunds.

Key responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests while adhering to Customs deadlines
• Manage and resolve all regulatory errors on behalf of clients, including obtaining necessary documentation
• Monitor the correction process and keep clients and Customs informed of developments and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Customs Brokerage or post-entry functions
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate's Degree or post-secondary education preferred
• Experience with post entry summary claims and customs clearance is a plus
• Proven ability to handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
• Strong data analysis skills and initiative
