Job Summary

Overseeing the systematic assignment and quality control of post-launch website requests, the full-time remote Post-Launch Project Coordinator will monitor support tickets, verify client information, and ensure task completion to maintain high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and triage incoming post-launch support tickets, categorizing and prioritizing them within SLA windows
  • Verify necessary client information has been gathered before assigning tasks to developers and communicate timelines
  • Support minor QA checks on deliverables and assist with offboarding procedures and documentation
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as HubSpot or Asana
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to follow and improve detailed SOPs
  • Experience in digital marketing, agency environments, or client-facing roles preferred
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus
