Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-implementation support and guidance to clients using the Pro system
• Assist clients in optimizing system functionality and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience with HR/Payroll systems implementation and support
• Familiarity with Pro software or similar HR management systems
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and system performance
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
