Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Post Market Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the day-to-day functions of the Post Market Consumer Complaint and Adverse Event Program
• Support the implementation of a consumer complaint and adverse event management database
• Participate as an effective member of cross-functional teams and support additional projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, regulatory, biology, chemistry, medical sciences, pharmacology, toxicology, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of direct US Dietary Supplement/Consumer Healthcare Quality experience
• Knowledge and experience in complaints and adverse event handling
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and cGMP standards
• Hands-on experience in QA/regulatory compliance for dietary supplements or related products
