Reviewing clinical and product complaints to ensure compliance with global medical device regulations, the fully remote Post Market Specialist II will manage complaint assessments, coordinate investigations, and interface with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process complaints to ensure accurate coding and assessment
• Coordinate complaint investigations and review adverse events with relevant departments
• Prepare reports and identify trends related to complaints for management review

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in complaint processing within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with medical device experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of global medical device regulations and reporting requirements
• Experience with complaint handling databases or quality management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
