Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art or film studies, or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years of experience in the advertising or film industry
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Media Encoder, and video compression techniques
• Proven ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively
• Experience in developing budgets and managing project timelines
