Post-Production Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing the post-production workflow, the remote Post-Production Coordinator will oversee project organization, editor assignments, and communication of creative direction while ensuring timely video delivery to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow, ensuring projects stay on schedule from editor assignment through final delivery
• Coordinate editors by communicating project expectations, creative direction, and deadlines, ensuring they have all necessary materials to begin work
• Organize and maintain project documentation and workflow updates, ensuring accuracy in project management systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or 4+ years in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience using online workflow and communication systems such as monday.com, Slack, Frame.io, or Google Drive
• Understanding of the video production and post-production process
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
