Providing frontline technical support for media production technologies, the part-time Post Production Engineer will troubleshoot issues related to media ingest, cloud uploads, and processing workflows while participating in a 24/7 support rotation in a hybrid work environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to media workflows and file transfers

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a production/post-production technology environment

- Experience as a Post-Production Engineer or similar role
