Job Summary
Supporting the Client Partner Program, the full-time Post Production Services Operations Manager will manage ticketing processes, oversee customer communications, and coordinate Help Desk onboarding activities, with the flexibility to work remotely or from Chicago, IL.
Key responsibilities
- Support and manage the Client Partner Program, including documentation and customer assignments
- Coordinate Help Desk onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new team members and clients
- Oversee the customer distribution channel and manage mass communications such as newsletters and updates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience with ticket management tools such as Jira, ZenDesk, or ServiceNow
- 1+ years of experience in high volume ticket management
- Experience in reporting and data analytics related to ticket volume and trends
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
