Post Production Workflow Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of workflow engineers, the full-time Manager of Post Workflow will oversee the development and optimization of post production automation workflows, ensuring alignment with business priorities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with clients to define features for the internal automation platform
• Manage and mentor a team of workflow engineers, guiding technical direction and project prioritization
• Ensure end-to-end accountability for projects, driving issues to resolution and communicating risks effectively

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Post Production Engineering, preferably in automation
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Experience with post production tools such as Avid Media Composer and Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of file formats and online storage solutions like Avid Nexis and Qumulo
• Familiarity with third-party post production automation tools, such as Telestream Vantage
