Job Summary
A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute processes and policies for the transfer and buyout of Third Party Owned (TPO) systems
- Manage relationships with servicing partners and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on TPO customer requests
- Project manage key platform/process enhancements and maintain knowledge of the organization's products and services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software
- Previous experience in solar finance or contract transfers and assumptions
