Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager responsible for managing the transfer and buyout processes for Third Party Owned systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute processes and policies for the transfer and buyout of Third Party Owned systems
  • Manage relationships with servicing partners and oversee customer transfer and buyout requests
  • Coordinate business initiatives and project manage key platform enhancements across the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in solar finance, contract transfers, and assumptions
  • Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
