Job Summary
A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager responsible for managing the transfer and buyout processes for Third Party Owned systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute processes and policies for the transfer and buyout of Third Party Owned systems
- Manage relationships with servicing partners and oversee customer transfer and buyout requests
- Coordinate business initiatives and project manage key platform enhancements across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in solar finance, contract transfers, and assumptions
- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
