Job Summary
A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager responsible for managing the transfer of ownership or purchase of Third Party Owned systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop processes and policies for the transfer and buyout of TPO systems
- Execute transfer and buyout tasks with relevant stakeholders and manage customer requests
- Coordinate with servicing vendors and manage business initiatives to support contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software
- Previous experience in solar finance or contract transfers
