Post PTO Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager responsible for managing the transfer of ownership or purchase of Third Party Owned systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop processes and policies for the transfer and buyout of TPO systems
• Execute transfer and buyout tasks with relevant stakeholders and manage customer requests
• Coordinate with servicing vendors and manage business initiatives to support contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or administrative roles
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software
• Previous experience in solar finance or contract transfers
