Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop processes and policies for the transfer and buyout of Third Party Owned (TPO) systems
  • Execute transfer and buyout tasks with relevant stakeholders and manage customer requests
  • Coordinate with servicing vendors and manage business initiatives to support contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or administration
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software
  • Previous experience in solar finance or contract transfers
