Post Repossession Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Repossession Admin to manage repossession assignments and client requests in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders and process completion of services
• Manage high call volume while processing client/agent requests
• Track auction pickups and process the release of vehicles

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Must have over 1 year of remote work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
• Experience in the repossession or automotive industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
