Job Summary

Post Repossession Administrator, a full-time remote position, is responsible for managing client/lender assignments, processing services, and handling high call volumes in the repossession industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer acceptance and processing of assignments from clients/lenders
• Manage client/agent requests while maintaining a high call volume
• Process vehicle releases and track auction pickups

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of experience in the repossession industry is highly preferred
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
• Ability to multitask effectively across multiple systems and screens
