Post Sale and Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Sale and Claims Supervisor to oversee Post-Sale and Claims operations in loan servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, build, and maintenance of the Default Servicing ecosystem
• Develop and manage claims and post-sale processes, ensuring compliance and loss reduction
• Oversee Property Preservation, Evictions, and REO vendor operations

Qualifications and Experience

• At least five (5) years of default mortgage servicing experience with Post-Sale and Claims
• Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC, and MI
• Knowledge of Mortgage Servicing Platforms like LPS, MSP, and LoanServ
• Experience working with auditors on risk examinations and remediation efforts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in using data and analytics to drive performance
