Post-Sale Title Curator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post-Sale Title Curator, Default Services - REO.

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties
• Review title commitment for clearance and assure all items are accounted for, including updates on payoffs, taxes, and HOA
• Resolve rejected curative issues and maintain open communication with management and clients

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Practical work experience within the real estate industry and/or a vendor management service company
• Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and the curative process
• Proven customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software products
