Job Summary
To strengthen key post-sales functions, the full-time remote Post-Sales Enablement Manager will develop and execute enablement programs focused on customer time-to-value, drive activation and adoption, and enhance resident support quality across implementation, customer experience, and support teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a post-sales enablement strategy to improve customer activation, retention, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources, share best practices, and ensure seamless customer transitions from onboarding to ongoing support
- Design and maintain training programs and resources that empower post-sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, post-sales, customer experience, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or fast-growth tech environment
- Proven ability to design and deliver measurable enablement programs for cross-functional teams
- Experience in enabling implementation or onboarding teams to enhance time-to-value and reduce failed launches
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging with both executives and individual contributors
