Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Post-Sales Operations Manager to build and own its post-sale operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch the post-sale operations function, including defining operating models and success metrics
- Own the selection and administration of post-sale tooling and ensure integration with other systems
- Track and report on renewals, churn, and retention metrics while supporting proactive customer engagement efforts
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience in building and scaling post-sale or customer success operations
- Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or similar tools
- Hands-on experience administering GTM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and building dashboards
