Job Summary
Closing the gap between "signed" and "successful," the full-time remote Post-Sales Operations Specialist will manage the onboarding process for newly closed customers, drive momentum to first value, and handle retention efforts for downgrade and cancel requests.
Key responsibilities
- Own the post-sale handoff and ensure onboarding readiness by verifying prerequisites and coordinating kickoff schedules
- Drive momentum to first value through structured outreach, follow-ups, and internal coordination
- Triage a defined save/retention queue, presenting options to customers and documenting outcomes to protect revenue
Required qualifications
- Experience in post-sales operations, customer success, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of customer retention strategies and revenue protection practices
