Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in team events during the SDLC and analyze business requirements to provide technical solutions
• Document and analyze current and future state workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Develop user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to communicate requirements to developers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 4+ years of business operations experience in SaaS or similar industry
• Salesforce (SFDC) administration experience required
• Experience with visual modeling, process mapping, and process improvement
• Ability to work against tight timelines; project management experience is a plus
