Post-Sales Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect (Post Sales).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical onboarding for enterprise customers, ensuring proper installation and configuration of Label Studio Enterprise
• Advise on and architect integrations between Label Studio and customer AI/ML workflows
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and deliver enablement workshops to empower users

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role for a highly technical product, ideally enterprise SaaS or ML/AI platforms
• Experience building data labeling pipelines and integrating SaaS platforms with ML pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and infrastructure tools (Linux/Unix, Docker; Kubernetes a plus)
• Proven success in delivering onboarding, solution implementation, and troubleshooting for enterprise customers
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple customers and priorities
