Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant: Post-Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Process Mapping to demonstrate value and ROI for prospective customers
• Update CRM and facilitate cross-departmental meetings to share findings
• Perform bespoke demos and create documentation for ROI, business implementation strategy, and success plans

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the homebuilding industry
• Strong business and consulting skills related to customer needs and ROI
• Ability to assess complex situations and develop strategic solutions
• Strong customer-facing presentation skills and experience in performing demos
• Familiarity with AutoCad, BIM, or Revit is preferred
