Post Service Financial Concierge

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Service Financial Concierge.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and address calls from patients regarding financial inquiries related to their accounts
• Act as an advocate to resolve discrepancies between patients, hospital departments, and insurance providers
• Review and validate cases independently to ensure timely resolution of account balances

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Four years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience, including one year in hospital CBO customer service or call center (REQUIRED) OR an Associate's Degree with two years of Revenue Cycle experience (PREFERRED)
• Three years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience (REQUIRED)
• One year of experience in hospital CBO customer service or call center in healthcare (REQUIRED)
• CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) upon hire (PREFERRED)
