Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Service Financial Concierge.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and address calls from patients regarding financial inquiries related to their accounts
• Act as an advocate to resolve consumer concerns between various parties, ensuring accurate information is provided
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure account balances are accurate and address escalated requests promptly

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Four years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience, including one year in a hospital CBO customer service or call center environment (REQUIRED)
• Three years of experience in healthcare or related organizations focusing on consumer relations (REQUIRED)
• Associate's Degree with two years of Revenue Cycle Experience is preferred
• CRCR certification and Spanish speaking skills are preferred
