Post-training Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Post-training Team Lead will manage data quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring high standards in training data production while also engaging in hands-on labeling and review tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Lead and coach a team of AI Tutors, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements and tracking performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with data quality metrics and guideline-driven workflows
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Notion or JIRA
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
