Post-training Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Post-training Team Lead will ensure high-quality training data production, manage team performance, and improve operational processes in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, driving continuous improvement and conducting regular performance reviews
• Oversee labeling and reviewing tasks while identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated experience with data quality metrics and guideline-driven workflows
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Notion or JIRA
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
