Post-training Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Post-training Team Lead will ensure high-quality training data production, oversee performance management, and drive operational excellence while actively participating in labeling and review tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, conducting regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements and tracking performance via KPI dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated experience with data quality metrics and guideline-driven workflows
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Notion or JIRA
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
