Post-Verto Planning Specialist

Job Summary

Empowering students to confidently navigate their next steps after Verto, the full-time Specialist, Post-Verto Planning will provide individualized guidance and strategic planning while working onsite in Florence from July to December.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portion of the PVP caseload, conducting strategy conversations and providing 1:1 support for students' Direct Transfer goals
• Oversee the movement of Verto Direct Transfer applications through the pipeline, ensuring documentation accuracy in Salesforce
• Support workshops, events, and partner engagement to enhance student participation and community building

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably from a U.S. institution
• Fluency in English with strong professional cross-cultural communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience in a student-facing position involving university students or young adults is preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in Italy at the time of hire
