Postdoctoral Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Postdoctoral Associate to join a research program focused on maternal and cardiometabolic health.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
• Develop study protocols and research materials; conduct statistical analyses and manage study databases
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and contribute to scholarly products

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant area with peer-reviewed publications
• Proficiency in statistical packages (SPSS, STATA, SAS, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in maternal and child health, clinical trials, or implementation science preferred
• Flexibility in work hours for participant assessments and meetings
