Postdoctoral Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Postdoctoral Associate to focus on inherited metabolic disorders, specifically glycogen storage disease type II (Pompe disease).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, store, and analyze clinical research data
• Conduct systematic literature reviews and collaborate with research team members
• Communicate and present research findings at meetings and publish in peer-reviewed journals

Required Qualifications

• MD, MBBS, PhD, DSc, or other doctorate in a relevant field
• Preference for those with completed residency in pediatrics, internal medicine, medical genetics, or neurology
• Strong background in neurogenetics and/or neurology
• History of conducting clinical research with at least 1 publication as first author
• Experience with grant writing and analyzing statistical data preferred
