Postdoctoral Research Associate

Job Summary

Focusing on policy-relevant research in early childhood systems, the full-time Postdoctoral Research Associate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to analyze national datasets and conduct mixed-methods research on family well-being and education.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct mixed-methods research utilizing national datasets and state administrative data to examine early childhood risk and protective factors
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to develop and implement research projects funded by federal and state agencies
• Produce analytic writing and publications related to early childhood, education, or family studies

Required qualifications:

• PhD in psychology, human development and family studies, educational policy, sociology, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in dataset management and statistical analysis using Stata, R, or other specialized software
• Demonstrated record of analytic writing and evidence of publication in relevant fields
