Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, solve, and review advanced problems across various academic and professional domains
• Apply high-level research expertise to design complex problem statements that enhance AI reasoning
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve AI model performance

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top U.S. university (or equivalent)
• Strong track record of research, publications, or complex project management
• Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia
• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems (preferred)
• Experience coding in Python, R, or other research-oriented languages (preferred)
