Job Summary

Taking complete ownership of full stack projects, the full-time Postgres Product Engineer will operate and maintain the Render Postgres fleet, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help evolve the product as it scales, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Render Postgres fleet
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams
• Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience shipping software
• Experience operating Postgres at scale
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to make pragmatic decisions
• Comfort with working in a distributed system
• Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders
