A company is looking for a Posting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of posting specialists, assign tasks, and monitor performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize posting processes and drive efficiency gains
• Develop and implement training programs to support team members' growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a healthcare or posting-related environment
• Strong understanding of posting processes, workflows, and best practices
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
• Experience with coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
