Postsecondary Career Coaching Director

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary leader, the full-time salaried Postsecondary Career Coaching Director will manage a new national program focused on postsecondary access, career readiness, and life success for young people ages 16-22, while working remotely or onsite in Portland or Seattle.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project management and stakeholder coordination to refine program design and implementation strategy
• Supervise and develop a team of Life Coaches and an Alumni Coordinator, fostering a strong team culture
• Ensure high-quality coaching aligned with program standards and track student outcomes for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in college access, workforce development, or youth development
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of postsecondary pathways (college, CTE, workforce)
• Experience working with underserved or historically marginalized students
