Power BI Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Power BI Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and remediate a backlog of Power BI reports that are not functioning correctly
- Enhance existing reports and create new Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs
- Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions and ensure compliance with data governance standards
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Power BI Analyst or Data Analyst position
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling and report/dashboard creation
- Advanced proficiency in DAX, focusing on query optimization and performance tuning
- Experience using Power Query for data ingestion and transformation
- Hands-on experience implementing role-level and object-level security in Power BI
