Power BI Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power BI Developer and Analyst to support a non-profit organization in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration of enterprise reporting from on-prem SQL Server to Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Lake environments
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models using DAX, Power Query M, and Power Automate
• Reverse-engineer legacy ETL/reporting pipelines and modernize them for cloud-based delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI/reporting roles with a strong backend focus
• Expertise in Power BI, including Power Query M, DAX, and Power Automate
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in ETL workflows (SSIS, ADF, Dataflows Gen2, etc.)
• Familiarity or working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with data warehouse and data lake environments
