Power BI Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power BI Developer (Learning & Development).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reports tracking learning metrics and operational performance
• Assist in translating business requirements into report logic and visualizations under senior team guidance
• Write and modify SQL queries for data extraction and validation, and contribute to Power Apps and Power Automate solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• Foundational to intermediate proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Basic SQL skills, including the ability to read and write basic queries
• Understanding of basic data concepts such as data quality and metric definitions
• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma
