Power BI Developer

Job Summary

To support the Homeland Security Team, the full-time Power BI Developer will design, build, and maintain dashboards that integrate operational and financial data, working remotely to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and other visualization tools
• Design, build, and maintain data ETL pipelines from sources such as SQL databases, SharePoint, and Excel
• Translate complex data findings into clear, digestible insights for stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience with large datasets in a Data Visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Advanced understanding of SQL, including query optimization and complex joins
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background investigation
• Experience developing in Python (Pandas) for data analysis is preferred
