Power BI Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with Quality, Technology, and business leaders, the full-time Quality Analytics Solutions Developer / Power BI Engineer will design and develop dashboards and analytical tools to transform operational data into actionable insights, supporting project performance and decision-making, with a preference for candidates located in Lenexa, KS or Houston, TX, though remote work may be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into Quality performance across projects
- Retrieve, integrate, and validate data from Snowflake and other systems to support analytics and decision-making
- Collaborate with Quality leaders to translate operational needs into reporting requirements and improve data quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience developing business intelligence solutions and dashboards
- Advanced SQL experience with cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards, including DAX measures and Power Query transformations
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and business intelligence best practices
