Power BI Reporting Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power BI Reporting Architect, Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Payroll, HR, and IT to translate business needs into technical reporting solutions
• Design scalable Power BI semantic models aligned to Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll data structures
• Establish reporting standards including naming conventions, security models, and data validation practices

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI experience including complex DAX development and data modeling
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll data structures
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud reporting ecosystem and data extraction methods
• Experience implementing reporting governance and enterprise standards
• Hands-on experience with Visual Builder and Visual Builder Studio preferred
