Power BI Reporting Lead
Job Summary
Leading enterprise BI development and reporting initiatives remotely, the contract Power BI Reporting Lead will partner with business and technical teams to create scalable analytics solutions and executive-ready dashboards within the insurance finance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Power BI and Sigma development for enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, and BI stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions
- Design and oversee dashboards and KPI reporting for financial and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of BI/reporting experience, including leadership of reporting initiatives or BI teams
- Deep hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, Row-Level Security, DirectQuery, Dataflows)
- Experience with Sigma Computing for enterprise reporting and self-service analytics
- Strong SQL skills with experience in cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
- Property & Casualty insurance finance reporting experience
