Power BI Support Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power BI Support Administrator to provide support services for the United States Army.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on Power BI
• Administer and manage the Power BI Service tenant, including workspace creation and capacity management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Power BI-related support tickets and provide Tier 2 Remote Support

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or developer administration, with at least 2 years focused on Power BI
• Experience with administering the Microsoft Power Platform and proficiency in Power BI administration
• Successfully passed the Microsoft PL-300 exam for Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or able to pass within 3 months
