Power BI Support Administrator
Job Summary
To support a growing team providing services for the United States Army, the full-time remote Power BI Support Administrator will design, develop, and troubleshoot Power BI solutions while managing the Power BI Service tenant and providing Tier 2 support for related issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform with a focus on Power BI
- Administer and manage the Power BI Service tenant, including workspace creation and capacity management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Power BI-related support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
Required qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or developer administration, with at least 2 years focused on Power BI
- Experience with administering the Microsoft Power Platform and proficiency in Power BI administration
- Successfully passed the Microsoft PL-300 exam for Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate or able to pass within 3 months
