Power BI Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Providing systems administration support, the full-time Power BI Systems Administrator will manage development, test, and production servers while ensuring system functionality and compliance, working remotely within the Eastern Time Zone during specified hours.

Key responsibilities

• Administers and troubleshoots development, test, and production servers, including software installation and upgrades
• Monitors network systems and initiates proactive measures to ensure functionality and connectivity
• Creates instructional guides and provides technical training to systems users

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with systems administration and troubleshooting in a networked environment
• Familiarity with software package management and server maintenance
• Ability to provide operational reports and ensure compliance with company standards
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
