Power BI Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Providing ongoing Systems Administration support, the full-time Power BI Systems Administrator will manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power BI systems remotely while addressing incident tickets and ensuring system compliance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Administers development, test, and production servers for Power BI, including installation and upgrades of software packages
• Performs daily monitoring and troubleshooting of network systems to ensure functionality and compliance
• Creates documentation and provides training to users on Power BI systems and processes

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working expertise in Power BI systems administration and support
• Strong troubleshooting and systems evaluation skills
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
