Job Summary
Providing advanced administrative and logistical support, the full-time Power Delivery Project Coordinator will manage project setups, maintain detailed logs and reports, and facilitate communication among project teams while working remotely from Texas or Louisiana.
Key responsibilities
- Lead or assist in the creation of project setups and maintain detailed project logs and reports
- Coordinate the creation and finalization of client deliverables, ensuring adherence to established standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and support internal and external communication flows
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant post-education experience in a related role
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and close-out phases
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
- Experience with documentation management platforms such as SharePoint or Procore
